Kings Heath Business Association (KHBA) is the data controller for personal information it collects through this website, except where a form clearly says the details are also being sent to another organisation.

The contact and membership enquiry forms collect the details you provide so a committee member can reply. The Ampliflow case-study enquiry form sends the details you enter to Ampliflow at hello@ampliflow.ai so its team can respond. Form submissions may also be stored in KHBA's secure Sanity workspace for delivery and record-keeping. KHBA does not use enquiry details for marketing.

We use Google Analytics (anonymised IP, no advertising signals) to understand how the site is used. Analytics only loads after you accept on the cookie banner — by default, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using COOKIE in the site footer.

Member profiles with a public business address include a keyless Google map that loads as it approaches the screen. Links for directions, Street View and live information open on Google Maps. Some member profiles also show short excerpts from public 4–5 star Google reviews collected in July 2026. These excerpts are static, are not refreshed automatically and do not use a Google Places API key. Map use is governed by theGoogle Maps Platform Terms of Serviceand the Google Privacy Policy.
